Assortments If you are interested in an Assortment of designs please indicate the specific illustrations that you would like to use via name or number in the "design notes section" on the order form. Place Card and Table Card Assortments can be coordinated. Place Cards can also be designed to indicate Meal Choices. Blank Place Cards You can purchase any place card design without Calligraphy. Upon request, light lines will be added to the cards so that there is a guide when adding guest names.
Guest Calligraphy Service for Place Cards Documents and Designs can print your Guest's Names & Seating Assignments on your custom place cards. If you choose this service please send your guest list to terri@documentsanddesigns.com whenever it is FINAL.
We prefer to receive a list that will require few changes at a later date than a list that will require many changes earlier. Changes to a place card list may incur a $1.00 per change fee.
Place Cards cannot be removed from a submitted list after a proof of all of the cards
has been created.
Place Cards can also be formatted with Guest Name Only leaving a space for the table assignment
to be added by the customer. Please indicate this preference in the "design notes" section
on the of the form.
D&D will format the place cards soon after we receive the list and send a digital proof for your review. You may suggest changes and D&D will re-proof until the cards meet with your approval, wherein we will print and ship after payment has been submitted.
