Seating Charts are One Of A Kind, Custom & Personalized Posters created to display guest seating assignments at a special event. Every Seating Chart is designed per the customers specifications. This means that you can choose paper colors, custom monograms, illustrations,layouts and fonts that coordinate with a celebration theme or decor.
The Most Common Options for a Seating Chart include:

Guest names can be listed Alphabetically or by Tables on the chart. If you have more than 75 guests coming to your wedding, you should list them alphabetically, and not list them by table. Otherwise, it is very difficult for guests to find their names on the chart. Tables can be Named or Numbered

What Can I Expect After I Order?
|
A few days after you have submitted the order we will send a digital proof which will show how the heading of your seating chart will appear. At this time you can send wedding party names, menu or verse if applicable. Proofing will continue until the seating chart design meets with your approval.
The guest list should be submitted approx. 7 to 10 days prior to an event or whenever there will be no further changes.

Upon final approval and submission of payment the seating chart will be printed usually within a day and shipped via an appropriate service based on the timeframe. Seating charts are shipped in a hard plastic tube, almost always via FedEx for a delivery on the Monday or Tuesday before the celebration. When you receive it, you should remove the chart from the tube, and rest it on a hard flat surface for an evening and it should unroll itself. If needed, you can take a warm iron to the back of it to flatten it out immediately.

For Use at the Celebration
|
Seating Charts can be framed and displayed on an easel at the entrance of the reception. In general, the seating charts are sized to 24" x 36" . This is the standard size of a poster frame. We've found that most reception halls will have an easel that you can use. We do not sell frames or easels. If you are mounting the seating chart on Poster Board or Foam Core please try to avoid the use of acidic tapes, glues and mounting adhesives. It is best to hinge your seating chart with acid free tapes.

Framing & Care
|
When choosing materials for framing your seating chart consider Archival alternatives. When you hang your seating chart in your home it is best to keep it out of direct sunlight to avoid fading.
